This is a place to open up the discussion on how we can make our industry work with solutions that free us from the repetitive, mundane and paper intensive industry we have become. Since the initial inception of this group we have added some subgroups. Our subgroups include:
PFMC Property and Facility Management Companies – A place for all PFMI members who are professionals involved in the industry of providing outsourced (3rd Party) Property or Facility Management Company Services to Property Owners, Corporate America, Global Services, Retail, Hospitality, Government, etc. There will be a template format to copy and paste and complete to create the directory-like format and keep our data consistent for easy reference and searching.
If your firm provides, leasing or other brokerage services such as disposition or workout consulting for facilities and properties who are financially challenged, please list your firm here as well.
Consulting services or payroll services providing engineering or other administrative outsourced services are also welcome as well.
Please clearly articulate your services so the directory is truly the tremendous resource we at PFMI can be proud of.
