The Budget Data Support Lab will provide the PM/FM industry with the support and facts it needs to produce budgets on an annual basis for thousands of properties across the world. This technology enables all industry, municipalities, services, material providers and all associations and organizations that serve this industry to post their anticipated increases or changes in pricing or costs for the various services they provide. For instance, the City of Chicago Water Department would post its expected increases for 2010 enabling the PM/FM to make the most accurate budget forecasts for their client or facility. Through crowdsourcing technology, this information can be obtained and maintained at low operating costs and will save thousands of man hours in the industry and provide comprehensive reports to be used as exhibit back up documents to annual budget reports.
